Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout and may vary depending on destination.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility for the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at care@laibach-york.com within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be:
- in original packaging
- unused
- in their original condition
Returns Outside the EU
For customers outside the European Union, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at care@laibach-york.com before sending any items back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or used. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
