Orders & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on destination.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Customers within the European Union may return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Returned pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Do you accept returns outside the EU?
Returns outside the European Union may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our client care team before sending any items back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using a considered selection of premium materials, primarily cellulose acetate and sterling silver (925), chosen for durability, comfort, and everyday wear.
What is cellulose acetate?
Cellulose acetate is a premium plant-based material derived from natural sources such as cotton and wood fibres. It is lightweight, durable, and valued for its rich depth of colour and polished finish.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Select designs incorporate sterling silver (925), chosen for comfort, durability, and skin compatibility.
Will each piece look exactly the same?
No. Cellulose acetate naturally carries subtle variations in tone and pattern, making each piece uniquely individual.
Will sterling silver tarnish over time?
Sterling silver naturally develops a soft patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material and can be gently polished to restore its brighter finish.
Care & Support
How should I care for my jewellery?
To preserve the finish and character of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and cleaning products. We recommend gently wiping each piece with a soft cloth after wear and storing it separately.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store each piece in a pouch or box away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to help preserve its finish.
